Its sandstone façade, arcaded ground floor and mansard roofline still define its presence today: a quietly impressive structure shaped by the city’s architectural heritage.

A rare privilege here is access to the private Queen Street Gardens, typically reserved for residents, offering a quieter, greener counterpoint to the city just beyond.

From check-in to the details that shape your stay, we’ve answered the questions we’re most often asked.

  • Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am on the day of departure.

    Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement.

  • Access is simple and contactless. Full check-in details will be shared ahead of your arrival, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace.

  • Each suite is prepared for the number of guests confirmed at booking. For the comfort and security of all guests, we’re unable to accommodate additional visitors.

  • Our apartments are designed for relaxed stays.

    Parties, stag or hen groups, and similar gatherings are not permitted.

  • Vaping and smoking is not permitted anywhere within the apartment, building or on balconies.

    A £250 charge will apply if evidence of smoking is found.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our apartments.

  • Our team is available 7 days a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

    Out-of-hours support is available by telephone for urgent matters.

  • Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.

    Cancellations within 72 hours, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
