A few things worth knowing
From check-in to the details that shape your stay, we’ve answered the questions we’re most often asked.

Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement.

Access is simple and contactless. Full check-in details will be shared ahead of your arrival, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace.

Each suite is prepared for the number of guests confirmed at booking. For the comfort and security of all guests, we’re unable to accommodate additional visitors.

Our apartments are designed for relaxed stays.
Parties, stag or hen groups, and similar gatherings are not permitted.

Vaping and smoking is not permitted anywhere within the apartment, building or on balconies.
A £250 charge will apply if evidence of smoking is found.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our apartments.

Our team is available 7 days a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Out-of-hours support is available by telephone for urgent matters.

Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.
Cancellations within 72 hours, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
